EHC Animation - resales

It has been a busy couple of months preparing for the resale of the EHC animation, and currently I'm at work putting the finishing touches on Barking & Dagenham's version - with Oxfordshire County Council to follow. Prior to working on the resales themselves, it was necessary to bring the original animation up to scratch with the latest style! This included adding in the eyes and neatening up the designs.
